Usage terms
Authorized private use
The application is for users authorized to access the relevant business mailbox, documents and accounting organisation. It is not a public invoice-processing service. This website has no account registration or invoice upload facility.
Human responsibility
AI extraction can make mistakes. An authorized person must compare drafts against original invoices and check the company, supplier, dates, account codes and amounts before approval or payment. Draft preparation does not establish that an invoice is valid or payable and does not provide audit, tax or legal advice.
Automatic approval, payment and supplier bank-detail changes are outside the application’s intended scope. Connected accounting draft creation remains subject to setup, authorization and validation.
Data and availability
Data handling is described in the privacy policy. Connected services operate under their own terms and may be interrupted by outages, limits or authorization expiry. Credentials must only be entered in the designated application credential store, not this website or support emails.
